REGISTRATION INFORMATION
COMRob 2025
Dear attendees of the XXVII Robotics Mexican Congress (COMRob 2025). Below, you will find information related to the registration process:
• Consult the registration fee you must pay according to your situation (speaker, student, etc.): https://comrob2025.itlalaguna.edu.mx/index.php/en/fees-en. For Students or Faculty Members of the Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna, a 10% discount off the respective fee will be applied.
• If you are a Speaker-Author, please ensure you have available the identifier number(s) of your accepted paper(s).
• The fee for Student Speaker includes ONE accepted paper for presentation.
• The fee for Researcher/Professional Speaker, includes TWO accepted papers for presentation and the possibility of ONE paper to be published on IEEE Xplore (subject to obtaining the respective registration and acceptance of the paper).
• If a Speaker exceeds the allowed number of accepted papers for presentation, they will be required to pay an additional fee of $2,500.00 MXP per extra paper to be presented. (Student Speaker, maximum total of 2. Researcher/Professional Speaker, maximum 3).
• If requesting an invoice, please have the billing information available.
• For logistical purposes (final technical program generation, gala dinner, etc.), we kindly request that registration for Speakers be completed no later than October 10, 2025, and other researchers/professionals be completed no later than October 31, 2025.
• The bank account for deposit or bank transfer is as follows:

• Attendee full name.
• Institutional affiliation.
• Institutional affiliation address.
• ID(s) of the accepted paper(s).
• Status: Student speaker, Researcher/professional speaker, etc.
• If requesting an invoice, please provide the complete information of the requesting
Institution/Company.
• If you are a student, please attach a proof of enrollment in PDF format.
• If using the IEEE discount, please attach proof indicating active IEEE membership.
• If you are a Student or Faculty Member of the Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna,
please include, as an attachment, the respective proof showing your affiliation (PDF).
NOTE 1: Please remember to update your paper in the predefined format (preferably 6 pages), adding the
authors, acknowledgments (if applicable), and addressing the reviewer's comments. The final version of the
paper must be updated on the platform no later than October 30, 2025.
