Information for Authors 

•    All papers submitted to the XXVII COMRob 2025 must be written in English or Spanish and formatted in standard two-column format, letter-size and following the IEEE for conferences format.
•    Papers written in English or Spanish will be considered for publication in the proceedings of the XXVII COMRob 2025. 
•   The process has been initiated for accepted and highly-rated articles written in English to be considered for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Accepted papers must generate the IEEE eCopyRight, and a similarity check should be conducted using IEEE CrossCheck. These instructions will be provided to the corresponding author of the accepted article as the proceedings progress with IEEE Xplore.
•    For review purposes, all articles are limited to 6 pages and are subject to the Evaluation Committee for acceptance. Additionally, articles must be formatted for “blind” review, that is, they should NOT contain any type of information about the authors or their institutions. These data will be added in the final version, once the paper is accepted. 
•    The papers must be submitted through the OPENCONF platform. 
•    All papers must be sent in PDF format with the information requested by the system.
•    For the purpose of publication in the Congress, all papers are limited to 6 pages.
•    If the article is accepted, at least one of the authors must register as a Speaker and present the article according to the date and time established by the Scientific Committee.
•    If for any reason the speaker is unable to attend the presentation, then the speaker must ensure that the article is presented by a qualified colleague.
